• Take any necessary steps to avoid further loss or damage.
• Report the loss to the local authorities and rental car company.
• Collect any related information from any other parties involved in the accident such as names, addresses, insurance information, and driver's license numbers.
• Send all collected documentation between you and the other party to Travelex for reimbursement consideration (rental agreement, policy report, damage estimate and receipts).
